
How it all started
I started M(dash)L because after years of working for other companies big and small, agency and client, I wanted to apply my skills across numerous projects and companies and not get stuck doing one thing forever. I crave a challenge and starting my own company has been just that.
My freelance career began just before the world went into turmoil with the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic. I had joined the startup world and saw nothing but chaos in the hiring markets across just about every industry. I made the decision to take hold of my own career and start focusing on companies and projects I really aligned with.
Since then, there have been highs and lows, but I could not be more excited about the impact I have been able to have on my client’s businesses and on my own career.I am looking forward to every day and hope that we might be able to work together soon!
My approach
One of the biggest barriers to successful marketing is execution. You can have all of the great ideas in the world, but if you do not execute, you will never see that success.
There is really nothing new under the sun in today’s world – but there are tried and true methods, supplemented by new ways of execution that help brands connect with their customers.
That is where M(dash)L shines — by not trying to reinvent the wheel with every campaign but utilizing effective strategies and leveraging tools and platforms that allow more quality work to be completed faster.
